SYNTHETIK VOICES are A fresh new DJ production concept, devised, and performed by ex - HYBRID scratch DJ J-Me* and Brighton Tech House / Minimal DJ & Producer Si K. They specialise in Minimal, Techno Tech House and Turntablism.
Sponsored by award-winning DJ equipment manufacturer ALLEN & HEATH, they are also official product demonstrators for NOVATION and M-AUDIO. SYNTHETIK VOICES are also 'beta testers' for the awesome Ableton Live production software, for which they also choose as their main performance tool when playing club sets.
SYNTHETIK VOICES are pioneers in live stage performances which are unlike anything you have seen or heard, think the technical styles of Sasha, Hawtin & Locodice in a flowing, evolving performance.
The duo raise the bar, in an industry that is saturated with generic sounds and tired mixing techniques. Prepare to hear electronic dance music in a way you never thought possible, in a constantly jacking set, with effects, mashed up vocals and loops, all stuck together with the finest DJ glue.
Recent activities include regular Brighton club residencies, as well as numerous radio plays for the likes of MOS RADIO (Jazzy M), CANINE SOUNDS (Passion FM) GROUNDWORX (Siren FM) and LUNA FM (Majorca). Recent bookings with PAUL WOOLFORD and ROCKY (XPRESS 2) have also been highlights for this newly formed duo.
SYNTHETIK VOICES were also chosen to be the official product demonstrators for ALLEN & HEATH at the current DJ MAG TECH AWARDS for which they helped win two awards.
Production-wise the duo have most recently been commissioned to remix ALTERNATIVE ROUTE’S hotly-tipped MY DIGITAL ENEMY and KIDDO360.
